    April 3: 254 (I think this is wrong. My scale is being very inconsistent lately. I'm getting a new one, but 254 is what came up the most. The range that I got was 251-267.)

    June 26: Bummer... I'm traveling and not near a scale I trust until I get home at the end of the week. If I use last week's weight, I can say I've lost 7 pounds in 13 weeks, which I guess is an average of a half pound a week. I really, really think I should be averaging a pound a week. Time to re-evaluate, again, I guess. How's everyone else's total looking?

    Okay, I'm just going to use June 19's weight.
