
I just joined but have been reading your threads for a couple of days.. I would like to know what diets have worked for you if you don't mind.. i'm currently on the IP (5th day)

I've overhauled my eating also. I eat couscous and quinoa more than I ever did before. I try different vegetables and watch my portions. I also love love love love protein shakes because they are easy, portable and really quick. I got my lifestyle change plan from the Body for Life book though. And I love it. I eat every 2 hours and this is definitely a plan that I can live with for the rest of my life.
