Others have given you very good advice already, so I will just add to not fall into the 'all or nothing' mentality. This is not a race, it's the rest of your life. When you slip up - and we all do - acknowledge it and move on. Don't let one over-indulgent meal/day/weekend turn into a day/week/month.
And I know this sounds weird, but enjoy the process. If you are hating it, you either won't stick with it or you'll be miserable. Find new foods to like, new exercises, try different things and embrace the changes you are making to your life and your body. Celebrate the little successes and milestones and not just the ones on the scale.
