agreed. First congrats on the huge weight loss! Your body is now slowing down, which is why you aren't losing so quickly. its why they say the last ten pounds are the hardest to loss.
eating more, but healthy is going to be better for you and your weight loss in the long run. i mean you can not eat anything and lose weight quickly but the minute you start eating anything you gain it back. But if you eat healthy throughout the day you weight will come off naturally and it will stay off...
