In the past 3 weeks that I've been on the IP diet, I've noticed that I've lost 0.75 inches on my arm. My coach says that the arms lose the inches the slowest.
Has that been your experience as well?

or at least I'm atypical... my arms were the first place I noticed shaping up, then my legs, then my face, still waiting on my tummy to go away, although it's incredibly smaller than when I started... every body is different...
