I have been wanted to tell my story, without telling my name. What better way than a weight loss board. At this point I don't want to share my name or face, but once I lose the weight, then I will proudly share full pics
Just like anyone who actually knows me, knows I am trying to lose weight, but I will not tell them my actual weight until I hit a goal. I have started the Leslie Sansone 'Walk at Home'. I am doing 1 mile a day so far. I don't have a "diet" yet, except to use better portion control.
Being overweight most of my life I hate it when someone, not only takes my picture, but posts it on a site like facebook, or myspace
It makes me realize that, "damn I am fat." I know I need to do something about it, instead of just complaining about being obese. Hopefully starting to post my weight loss experience will help.Good luck to everyone here and to me!!

, I love the Leslie Sansone walk at home series! That lady can keep me moving. Doing a mile is great! She also has a book that is a good read. I'm aiming for around 1200 calories a day, trying to move my tush each day, drinking water and adding a few 'mini' weight sessions each day. Best of luck to you!
