I need help... I'm New... Tips/Buddy

  • Hi Everyone, My name is Jasmine I have been lurking here for about a month I LOoOoOoVeeE this thread 3 weeks ago I was 317 lbs and now I am *drum roll plz* 304.4. I have been counting my calories and working out everyday at the college's Wellness Center(3 days of Zumba & 4 days of Cardio & Weight training). I don't know what snapped in my head but I'm so determined especially this week. I had a whole week of cheating and a few other cheat days but Im focused now I'm not looking back.

    I really want someone in a similar boat as me maybe ahead of me to talk too maybe I will be accountable I could text them and it would be a nice tool

    Also, any tips anyone has them I will take them... I'm kinda just googling everything and reading on here oh yea and logging diet and exercise on the Lose It! app on my phone
