    So I wonder if we can nail 2800 ish in 28 days? I'll be exercising later tonight for sure so I can contribute.

  • I'll do my best, except I already have some night time commitments that will stop me from getting my classes that day. My friends are promising to ride more, so maybe I'll make it up with the bike rides!
  • No worries, Rana. This is supposed to be fun.

    Enjoy the rides! I haven't gotten a new seat for my bike yet... hopefully soon.

    Short walk tonight but I put in another 2 minutes of walking after I saw that just to make us even!

    4 PALA stars done, 2 more to go! That will get me out of Feb.

    The deadline for Idita-walk is Feb 15 though so I signed up now but will save it for after PALA. We get til end of March to finish so that will be my next thing.

    In case anyone else likes "virtual traveling." But go in knowing the registration works with Internet Explorer but not Mozilla. I already wrote them about the glitch.

  • Ok Heres what I posted so far over in the main exercise forum...I will begin tracking minutes as the rest of you do from now on

    UGH! no exercise for the 6th (my birthday so I took it off) then Today out of nowhere I am having a lot of pain again. Maybe it's just internal healing going on. I plan on walking tomorrow though. If I post it here it holds me accountable
    2/8: 5 laps around the playground loop at my apartments. (appx 3/4 mile) , and a 15 minute walk. Still not feeling well Think I am fighting off a cold I am exhausted!
    2/9: 27 minutes (4 laps around school track)

    Hey KM -- I put the minutes from your workouts that had them noted and put in mine to get the new groups total.

    We sort of "collect" the time because then anyone of any ability can play doing whatever activity. Just chip in what minutes you got when you do a workout, and add up the new group total. The next person will do same. Hope that makes sense. You can kind of scroll backwards to see it pile up.

    Anyway, short 30 min walk for me today -- PMS is blah but at least I did something!
