This month is going to be tricky for me with a lot of traveling, but I'm going for 24 out of 28 days.
Feb 1: Running - 12 minutes; Leslie Samson 2 mile walk video - 30 minutes; Kettleworx Fast Fat Burn - 10 minutes; Kettleworx Fast Abs - 5 minutes
Feb 2: running - 12 minutes (1 mile), Stairmaster -20 minutes, arm bike - 15 minutes; crunches
Feb 3: Rest
Feb 4: Rest (TOM is an a-hole)
Feb 5: Spin - 45 minutes; Stairmaster - 35 minutes (in an attempt to make up for yesterday)
Feb 6: Running - 20 minutes; Spin - 60 minutes
Feb 7: Elliptical - 30 minutes; Stairmaster - 20 minutes; Push ups, crunches
Feb 8: Running - 50 minutes, dips, crunches
Feb 9: Stairmaster - 45 minutes; push ups; crunches
Feb 10: Running - 50 minutes, dips, elevated crunches
Feb 11: Arc Trainer - 7 minutes; Stairmaster - 30 minutes
Feb 12: running - 6 miles (70 minutes-ish)
Feb 13: stairmaster - 10 minutes; spinning - 60 minutes
Feb 14: Elliptical - 30 minutes
Feb 15: Running - 30 minutes; Hiking - 9 miles
Feb 16: Rest
Feb 17: Elliptical - 30 minutes
Feb 18 - Running - 30 minutes
Feb 19: Swimming/Hiking - 45 minutes
Feb 20: Rest
Feb 21: Rest
Feb 22: Spinning 60 minutes
Feb 23: Running - 25 minutes; Stairmaster - 17 minutes

Feb is my birthday month, and also full of travel for me, so we'll set a starter of 18/28 which I intend to surpass but would be happy with anyway.

I'm in! I NEED to get out of the 200s!!! I'm at 204 now! its soooo close that I can taste it! However today was supposed to be a yoga class day and then a rest from my normal workout....yoga is canceled because the instructor is sick....looks like there's going to be some cardio today after all!
2/1: So I lied...I didn't do cardio, but thats okay since it is a technical rest day, i had a ton of school work!
2/2: Push Circuit 2 (36 minutes) Cardio workout (30 minutes)
2/3: Power Yoga Class (1 hour) Burn Intervals (45 mins) Ab Workout (10 minutes)
2/4: Push Circuit 3 (36 minutes)

I been wanting to jump into HIGH gear with working out and jumping right in might be DRASTIC but I been ready for soooo LONG so my goal is to do 20/28 days for a total of 1200 minutes.... Wish me luck!

Having this here definitely helped me kick butt last month and make myself persevere at the gym! I'm going for 21/28 days (lots of snow coming our way and travel in a couple weeks). Hoping to surpass it though!

I'm so in this month i'm going for 25 out of 28! so pretty much only miss sundays! and i intend to start 30 day shred on the 14th and i dont intend to miss a day of that!

My goal for February is to go to the gym (as well as exercise at home) 20/28 days for a total of 1800 minutes!
