Goals... 20-25 minutes HITT plus weight training and crunches! PLUS 30 day shred on days that I intend to have a couple drinks.

Going for 24/28 because getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow will screw me up for a couple days.

I feel like I've been slacking in the workout department so hopefully this will give me some accountability. For sure Im doing 15/28 friday and saturday are kinda I go to school then straight to work, and usually super tired after that, maybe I can gets some walking in on sundays if weather permits.

2/1: 45 minutes cardio (stair climber + elliptical), 35 minutes weight training

I was dragging at the gym today. I had almost no energy. Could be a couple factors. The gym didn't open until noon because of the weather, and I'm used to going in the morning after breakfast. I also feel really awful with this cold. I hope being sick doesn't negatively affect my weight loss.

Eek I am a bit late in joining this challenge...I would say 20/28 days (5x a week) but the snowstorm closing down EVERYTHING (including the gym) has already knocked 2 days out, so technically for February I have done nothing . Guess I got to get on it and add a couple days in over the next 2 weeks.

I totally failed the January challenge. January in general was a bad month for me but I have high hope for February I am going to try for 1/28 since I never make it to the gym on the weekend any more than that seems unrealistic at this point.
