    I saw someone this week who's first comment when seeing me was "you lost weight"! And she's right! I last saw her before Christmas, when I decided it was high time to drop the excess baggage, so she didn't even know I was trying!



    Also, I've lost 10 pounds in the past four weeks.

    great job!! I havent had anyone notice, but im only at 8 pounds loss. I havent told anyone Im trying, so hopefully hearing it will come as more of a shock

    Congrats and keep up the good work, maybe next time they see you they will be able to say it again! lol
