I'm 25 and a grad student in Texas. I lost around 40 pounds a few years ago and more or less kept it off, and am back on the wagon. I'm 6'3" and 185, about a size 12, which is perfectly healthy, but since I don't do any resistance training or weight lifting of any kind I'm like all fat. I want to get into really good shape (for the first time in my life!) and tone up and not feel like such a sludge. This will either be really easy (since I'm a broke grad student!) or really hard, since I don't know anyone in this town and don't have much of a support network. Everyone wants to eat chicken friend bacon and drink gallons of beer, not exactly conducive to the task at hand
