I searched the site a little while back but found that I really was not as committed as I needed to be. I have now realized that for me it is more about learning to have a healthy life style than it is the number on the scale. I realize the weight will come off as I make better choices.
I have two kids (a teenager and a baby!) and my husband works a lot so I have my evenings to eat junk. I am looking for any support I can get! I am not much of a cook so any healthy recipe ideas or books would be greatly appreciated.
