I have been browsing the boards and haven't decided which diet approach to take. (I am approx. 180-185 lbs. and 5'9) On Thanksgiving day my sister was mentioning a diet plan (can't think of the name) that you eat 2 meals with no carbs and 1 meal of anything you want. These meals can take no longer than an hour to eat. Does anyone know what diet I mean? I really want to get going on a plan and I have to do it on my own at home. Cost is a big factor at this time of year. Thanks for any help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
