How do you deal with stressful moments without reaching for cookies & cake & fried chicken?

I'm actually doing a lot better on the food front now -- successfully avoided any binging (woo!) -- but the stress continues & is compounded by my completely-falling-apart thesis. So I plan to be a great big ball of angst for the next month.
