Okay so I just went to the store. I saw a thread on here where some consultants say salsa is okay as long as it's fresh salsa. Does anybody know if "fresh" salsa is considered salsa that I would make myself or is the salsa you can get in the deli section considered fresh? The Deli section salsa is not in a jar? Second, I bought my first package of ground bison and I would like some re-assurance that I didn't just waste my money. Does it taste good/the same as ground beef or what can I expect from it?
