The Old Plan

  • Hi Everyone!

    Does anyone still follow the old plan? I've been doing some serious thinking and while I've said I enjoy the new plan, I really want to go back to the old. My weightloss was steady and I was losing 2-3lbs per week, some weeks it would be a 1 lb but overall I lost every week. My weight seems to be back and forth since I started PP and I'm getting a little frustrated. I'm going to finish out this week and Wednesday if I don't see any results, I'm going to go ahead and switch back to the old plan.
  • You are also getting closer to your goal weight, so a slow down is natural. But experimenting with plans can't hurt. Good luck!
  • I know and it really sucks that my rate of loss slows since I am closer! I think I'm going to give it a try if I don't see any results next Wednesday.
  • I actually still do the old plan. I was considering trying the new plan, but with the school semester starting, I have no time for meetings. I know the old plan and am comfortable with it, so I'm sticking with it for the time being. If my weight loss starts to stall, I may switch to the new plan just to see if it does anything.
