Newbie here

    Newbie here that wants to make a lifestyle change to get healthy, get diabetes under control and to finally be under 150 after being 200+ most of my life. I'm glad I found this site and I look forward to getting to know everyone.

    Right now I'm doing Hip Hop abs 5-6 days and watching what I eat and also eating every 3-4 hrs. If anyone have any tips that will be helpful and greatly appreciated.
