  • MONDAY
    Was hard to get out there today, but I did! Got my 4.5 miles in in 50:45
  • TUESDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles, only walked and took me just over an hour.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 50:47, not too bad
  • THURSDAY-THANKSGIVING DAY
    Yes, out I went and did my 4.5 miles. Took me longer today for some reason though, 51:06
  • SUNDAY
    Despite the warm body next to mine, I got up and got my 4.5 miles in in 50:57

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
