this is so awesome! good job!! i had a 4 lb. loss yesterday at my first weight in, but that was in the afternoon on a full stomach. my initial WI was in the morning on an empty stomach, so i weigh myself every morning to see the real changes. the weight drops are insane! 1+ lb. a day!! how is that even possible!?!?!?! i love this diet so much!! according to wii fit, i am down 8.3 lbs in 7 days. the fast results are so amazingly motivating! keep up the good work!!

Is your WII fit fairly low impact? Doesn't raise your heartrate a bunch? I might try this. Do you enjoy using the it?
  • Same to you longdivision!! Can't wait for next week to hear your results.
  • congratulations on your weight loss.

i actually don't use it for exercise anymore, just weight tracking. it keeps awesome charts of your progress -- weight and BMI (though i'm sure the BMI is not completely accurate).

as for the exercises, they are fairly low impact. they tell you the MET count for each one, so keeping with the lower ones should be fine as far as not getting your heart rate up much.

You can find BMI calculators online if you are wondering if the Wii one is accurate. But, if it seems to take accurate weights and you put your height in there, there's only one way to calculate BMI, so it's probably accurate! Why do you not think it's right?
