However, I am ashamed to say I have never used the recipe builder.

I tried once and was completely lost, had no idea what I was doing so I just gave up on that.
I am making turkey chili tonight and want to get my points per serving accurate and figured my only option was to give the builder another go. But I have NO idea how to do it.
Can anyone help?
Do I just put all the ingredients in the builder, with the fat/cals/prot/fib per serving?? How do I figure out how much a serving of the chili is?
Ugh I am so lost! Heeeeelp!
