I'm really trying to lose roughly 20 more pounds. Throughout highschool and the beginning of college, my weight has yoyo-ed (not drastically) and I'm looking to become healthier and more fit. I'm almost halfway to having my AA degree completed and after that I'll be joining the military. I know there is rigorous training involved, but I would like to be more in shape before I get to boot. I've already seen some wonderful things on this board and am glad to be around all of you great folks. I'm hoping for support and encouragement; and am more than willing to give it!
After all, what you put in is what you get out. :-)
At the moment, I'm partaking in Zumba and Turbo Fire.
(When I've gotten about halfway; I think I'll start Insanity!)
