Hey all. Newbie here. :)

  • Hello all, my name is Beki and I'm new to this site (hence this post). I'm 24 and have lost weight in the past, going from 203lbs to 171lbs. After that, I had a few personal problems which meant I put on weight steadily over about 3 years. Now i'm at a point where I want to lose weight for good.

    My weight now is 215lbs. That was a little shocking but I know I can lose it. I'm not uncomfortable at my weight, but with family health issues and two weddings coming up, I would like to be healthier. Weight loss is crucial to that. My ultimate goal would be 140lbs. I am going to take this in small steps. I've seen the success stories on this site and it's so inspiring. I WILL be one of those success stories.*

  • You will be one of those success stories I have battled my weght for a ong time nd it feels so much different when you know your ready to get serious. Just keep your head up and dont hesitate to come to this site when you nee support... welcome and good luck!
  • Let me know if you need a friend to track successes and challenges with. I was on here a little more than a year ago trying to lose weight. I got pregnant, had my daughter and am trying to lose weight yet again. I once lost 80 lbs but gained it all back and I want to get back to that point again and stay there. Right now I'm 225 and ideally and eventually, I'd like to get down to 145. Let me know if you want a "partner".
