hi people,
im on here to get some support in my bid to lose a couple of stone...
i managed to lose 10lbs in the 3 months before xmas, i re-started my diet last monday and have managed to lose the 3lbs i put on over the festive season. (naughty profiteroles, pigs in blankets and puddings!)
it looks like a really friendly forum and i'm hoping to meet some diet buddies for mutual support and to listen to the occasional rant!
