Morning, ladies!
Well, I made it to the gym yesterday over lunch break (yay me!), but got a fat craving mid-day and had some trail mix stuff that was sunflower seeds, peanuts, M&M's, and raisins. It hit the spot, but I don't even want to begin to think about the points in that. When I got home later, I was starving, but thought I might have dinner plans, so I had a FF tortilla with a little chicken and FF cheese w/ salsa for a snack. I did end up having dinner with workboy, not sure how bad that was. It was a turkey breast fillet (3 points), a TON of homemade mashed potatoes with a little regular sour cream on them, then I had a little bit of his steak. Wasn't the worst day ever, but still not as good as I'd like to be. I think I just need to go grocery shopping. All of the suggestions yesterday really helped me think of some things for snacks, thanks for those!!
I don't have much to say, so this is short and boring.

As far as lowering your points, that's up to you. Maybe try to do 18-23, but still give yourself the option of having 20-25, maybe. Just my thoughts...
Jen--Yikes, all that drinking sounds icky. I had to have a colonoscpoy done a year or so ago and was supposed to drink an entire gallon of electrolyte solution (translated: laxative). I was supposed to do 8 oz every 15 minutes. I barfed and couldn't finish it. Oh, that was terrible.
