Any thoughts on this?
I definitely feel low carb is the way to go. I haven't figured out how many "points" I would be eating if I converted it to WW way.
I certainly feel much better and don't have the food craving that I had before. I don't have gas either!! (woo-hoo----apparently I was known for it!!) Plus, I don't eat as much as I did before either.
I find that sometimes I have chosen 'low fat' over regular dressings and the carb content is way more. For instance...low fat honey mustard dressing at Wendy's 25 grams of carbs....regular dressing 10-12. Not sure, but do remember that it's quite a difference.
Anyone care to add their '2 bits'??

If your wondering if your getting too many calories I think you can put them into fit day and see what they come up with.
