I have taken to roasting a chicken on Sundays, and tonight I'm making Ina Garten's Perfect Roast Chicken. It could not have been easier to prepare, and it's roasting on a bed of zero point carrots, onions, celery, and brussel sprouts. The reviews all rave about it, and I can't wait until it is done!
