I'm 30 in May and I feel your pain. Staring down 3 decades is intimidating and i don't want to be the same size by then. PLus I have a wedding to look forward to this year! Gotta fit in that white dress and not look like a sausage!

But yeah I've heard that lots. It's kinda stupid for me though because it's not like on midnight June 13 it will instantly get harder, lol. It must go in degrees. But I'm using it as motivation anyway.

Welcome!!! That is the journey I am currently on. You only have me beat by age for a few months =) I started in August (at the end of it) in hopes to be fit (AND HOT) by 30!! My birthday is in September!
