    The last seasons' weekly weigh-ins got a bit buried and forgotten I hope that folks will join me in tracking our progress over the next 3 months. What a great way to keep motivated!

  • I didn't know this forum existed. I really need this. My highest weight has been 381 but starting on 12-8 I committed to WWs and my weight was 370.8 but Sundays are my weigh in date so I weighed in on Sunday, 12-5

    I am new to this. I am looking forward to getting started and hope this will serve as a motivation. Are we going to do an exercise forum? I am doing zumba on the xbox kinect and I love it. It really get's my blood boiling. I want to make myself accountable.

  • I am so excited! I started this on the 27th so this is perfect!!!! My highest weight was actually on the 19th of this month. That is when I started. It was 353. I am trying to get the diet under my belt before I add exercise.

    Starting Weight:353.6 12/19/10(also my highest)

    January 2: 342.2 Hmm Not as much as I was thinking.
    January 9: 341.4 ( I was actually really upset with this number until I measured. I have lost 9.25 inches this week!)
