Girls,
I've been doing really well sticking to my exercise plan while here at school. But over Christmas break, I really need some cardio ideas. It will be too cold to run many times (or wet or snowy) and we don't have a treadmill or an elliptical machine like I have here at my school's gym. Joining a gym just isn't financially possible and I don't have the time to go to a gym anyway just to work out for 30-some minutes and then turn around and go home.
I have a jump rope, and I definitely will continue my free weights and calisthenics once a week and my pilates once a week, but other than that I'm stuck on what to do for exercise. How many of you have exercise DVDs? Which ones do you like and why?
