  • Whether you joined in the xmas challenge or you missed it, there's another chance to join a challenge going into the new year. You may join straight after the end of the current challenge - entering a starting weight for 20th December - or you may join in the new year if you are starting your journey after the holidays, and I'll try to swing by regularly to correct the formula for anyone who doesn't join at the start.

    I'm posting a little early because I'm about to go onto limited broadband for the holidays (slow and pay per MB). We've got that bit longer to get to 12lbs so I am hoping more people will get a chance to achieve their "gold square" this time.

    If you are new to these challenges, just pop along to the link below, put in your name in the first column and your starting weight (as at 20th Dec. or your nearest weigh-in) in the starting weight column. Weigh-in is officially a Monday, but you may weigh in on any day you choose and update in the column dated for that week. Please do not touch the blue column, it should be self-updating, post a help on this thread if yours doesn't seem to add up, but don't edit the blue column directly because it's a complex formula.

  • Me too! 11 pounds will put me at goal! My loss has drastically slowed down, so here's to some extra hard work and hopefully seeing my goal.

  • yay! The xmas challenge has really helped me stay on plan, so I'm excited to join this one My goal will definitely be less than 12lbs since I've been losing slower as I get closer to goal, but I'll figure all that out on Dec 20.

  • I am new to 3FC, I would love to join. I started my weight loss journey at the end of September. I still have a long ways to go! I would like to loose a little more than 12 lbs by Valentines Day! I look forward to getting to know everyone!
