LOL with one thing and another a total failure to show up and round up this challenge! I lost another 2lbs, but I'm still cheating a bit cos I'm post-op, I can't really eat anything.
And so to our stats:
13 participants have posted a weight in every column
180.4 lbs have been lost all together
The highest weight loss was 16lbs (lifeasme)
The highest %age weight loss was 9.91 (me!! )
Four participants managed the 12lbs
Only 4 people had a no-loss or a gain, and the gains are teeny tiny, well done!
Average %age weight loss 2.41% overall, 3.67% including only people who have posted most weeks.
That's an awful lot of weight and a heck of an effort from everyone.
Now, easter? That's 10 weeks so hopefully there will be more "gold medal" winners this time around. Will go and start the new spreadsheet and come back with the new link and thread.
I was a day late this last entry so no you have one more person with final restuls. I didn't hit the 12 pound mark but I did much better than I expected. Since starting in to menopause the weight has been coming off slower so I was pleased to see I managed 10 pounds down. I hope to do as well for the Easter challenge! Thanks very much for setting these up for us all!!!
