I haven't posted on here for about 4 months due to stresses and strains but I have just looked at your website again and had to tell you, you look fantastic. I'm sure people tell you that all the time but a girl can never have too many compliments right?

You were always such an inspiration to me before so I am determined to come here and catch up with everyone else and see if I can get some motivation back.

Thank you for the compliment I am still finding it hard to receive compliments but I am getting better
I still havn't got to my goal yet, but I am close now I have been at a stand still for the past month and this week I have been working extra hard to try and give my metabolism a boost and jumpstart the weightloss again. But I am hanging in there and no matter how much longer it takes I WILL!!!! reach that final goal

Carol I will be up in Glasgow sometime early in the new year I'll bring you a load of willpower as soon as I know exactly when I am coming I will let you know and we will have to try and meet up
