New Challenge Idea for After Christmas

  • So I agree with what so many people have said and the challenges really help keep me motivated. I know we haven't completed the Christmas Challenge yet and are still a week out, but I want to proposed we do another challenge and it be 15 pounds by Valentine's Day starting Dec. 27 running through February 14.

    What do you all think??
  • I'm in i have been doing this for only 3 full weeks started my 4th week yesterday! So I didnt participate in the christmas challange, I wasn't sure how this wieght loss was going to go and didnt want to let myself down so early in the game if i hadnt made the challenge but today the scale was at 201! the lowest yet that puts me at 15lbs gone in 3 weeks! if i do this next challange that puts me at 30 pounds in 2 months! how amazing!!! count me in!

  • I'm in! Weight loss has been slow even though I follow the program to a T! So, hopefully I will do better in this challenge. Have a wonderful day!
  • I'm in. I think this will be just what I need but I think I'll adjust mine a bit to lose 15 but also be in phase 3 by February 14.

  • I'll join. I'll be on phase 4 on Dec. 27 but this will be a great motivator for me to jump back onto phase 1 in January.
