Is there someone to review my intake

  • I just ran the numbers of my regular menu (I eat pretty much the same every day) and I get:

    WW points: 27 target 32

    Calories: 1335 target 1200-1400

    Fiber 40g

    Protein 16%
    Fat 16%
    Carbs 68%

    B - 2 dairy, 2 eggs, 1 fruit, 1 veg
    L - 2 veg, 1 fruit, 1 grain, 1 dairy
    S - 1 fiber bar (grain?)
    D - 2 veg, 1 grain, 1 lean meat
    S - 1 skinny cow bar (dairy?)

    I general do water aerobics 3-4 x week (for over a year) and lift weights 3 x week (for the last month or so)

    I have no idea if the nutrition is adequate for the exercise but I suspect I need more protein to support the muscle development. Any suggestions for adding more protein without adding a lot of fat and calories?
  • cottage cheese as well as 0% greek yogurt have loads of protein!

    Otherwise, tuna, turkey, chicken breast, shrimp = lowfat protein sources
