I Am On Track And It Feels Goood!

  • Wow! Had my first night with my trainer...feel really good! I am amazed how little strength I have in my arms! My arms are HUGE but alllll fat! but I am so happy I am finally working on getting better. My arms feel like jelly but it feels gooooood!! Whoo hoo! I am on the right track! I started my eating plan...no flour no sugar..watching calories on November 8th and I started the gym on Dec 1 with tonight being the first night with the trainer and I have lost 13lbs so far! So I am on track..my goal is 120lbs by next December! I am so ready to get out of the 200's! I am so ready to wear cute clothes! and above all else I am so ready to feel good about myself again!!
