that used to happen to me everytime i wouls "start" working-out (like after a long period of not doing it) and then i would be so sore and feel like i couldn't move, so i would wait a day, but then it would end up hurting 2 or 3 days and by the time it'd stopped hurting, i'd given up on exercising. lol.
this time i just pushed through the pain, and stuck with it. i think when you are sore, using those muscles again helps stretch them out and removes some of the soreness. i'd advise caution, like the others said, but yeah, push through the pain!!
