I came across Pepsi One made with Splenda at the Grocery Store today, One calorie, no carbs, no sugar. Is this allowed?

My bet is no because of the acidity of it (same reason why diet sodas aren't allowed).

Yes, if you are desperate or very addicted to soda. It would be better to have one of these once in a great while than to cheat in your drive to have something fill a craving.


Truthfully, any soda is not good. It alters the acidity level of our bodies. It robs us of necessary minerals that we work hard to replace. That said, avoid it as much as you possibly can.

That's what I thought, just needed someone to talk me from the ledge. It's amazing how addictive it is.

I have been CRAVING a diet coke like no other.
I didnt even drink a lot of it before IP, but would have one occasionally.

Strange how right when I started IP its all I want!!!

I know its awful for me though, so I cant wait until I no longer crave it.
