I recently started ww but didn't go last week to weigh in because I was sick. And I know I have gained a little and should weigh in, but I'm emberaced because since I've started I have only lost 2.8 pounds...
You have nothing to be embarrassed about. Go to your meeting. They won't embarrass you. The most important thing is your health and getting back in shape...I know..cause I am sicker than a dog and going to succeed in WW this time. Come heck or high water....I am proud you are going to your meeting. Good luck!
I also weigh in on Fridays and this week I'm feeling the same, I really would rather not go but I know I have to in order to keep myself accountable. Don't EVER be embarrassed because everyone who attends meetings have fallen off the wagon at one time of another or had a gain. Also 2.8 is AWESOME! Don't look at it as you 'Only' lost 2.8, look at it like you worked hard to lose almost 3lbs and feel great because you took the first step in joining Weight Watchers.
