Last week, I shared that I was having an MRI done on my liver. Today, I received the results back and it turns out I have a hemangioma on my liver. That's basically like a birthmark. who knew? It's causing some benign (but uncomfortable) symptoms, so I'm meeting with a surgeon, but it won't cause HEALTH problems. YAY!

Also, I received my maintenance menu today. I will be on the 1500 calorie menu. There are a lot more starch choices (rice, couscous, dry cereal, sweet potato, pasta) and protein choices (peanut butter, tofu, turkey hot dogs) and fat choices (avocado, cream cheese, pumpkin seeds, etc). You basically get a certain number of servings of each of these per day, suggested. I'm going to try to stick closely to the schedule I'm on now until things settle in. Too many big changes and I might go nuts.
I did buy a bag of individually wrapped 78% cocoa chocolates. I figured on days where I've worked out 2.5 hours, I can have .5oz of chocolate.
Love to all,

so glad it is just a birthmark. I am sure you are relieved.
