Hk, I'm new to this forum and have a question I'm hoping someone could help me with. I lost about 20 pounds with MRC before my son was born and now I'm having problems taking it off. I don't want to rejoin as it's so expensive for me right now. Could someone email the sheets so that I could try to start over? I would greatly appreciate it. Could someone email me the preconditioning diet if you have it and can I please get a copy of the menus? I have the drinks and the supplements, just need help with the menus, I had a major physical setback and have trouble with memory. I need to lose 100 pounds for my health and am now able to get back on the program. I can’t afford the center as I lost my job because of this setback. If someone could be kind enough to send me the menus, I would appreciate it. I

The menus are on the first page of the mrc thread, look for a thread called mrc menus, you will see a paperclip, must be logged in to download. Click on paper clip, two files will pop up. The green is for under 200 lbs and the other has the whole plan, and the beige menu for over 200 lbs. Good Luck!

Thanks for the info, I clicked on the paper clips, for some reason it won't download and it doesn't open for me. Any other suggestions, I really want to get started, have to get off of some of these meds by getting the pounds off. Problem is I don't remember how the program works.

If it doesn't download for you, it is likely you don't have adobe reader on your machine, as I saved these files in a pdf format. If you can download adobe reader, you should then be able to access these attachments.
