Green Bean Salad


  • Green Bean Salad

    2 (16 ounce) cans whole green beans, drained
    6 Tb vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 med. onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    6 to 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    6 to 8 hard boiled eggs, diced
    6 Tb salad dressing
    4 tsp vinegar
    4 tsp prepared mustard

    Combine first 6 ingredients; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill well; stir before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
