do you exercise, and if so, how much. When do you expect to reach your goal?
I exercise 10mins a day but not consistently and I hope to reach goal by August, but it'll probably be October unless I speed up exercise.

. I went through a couple months where I tried to step up the intensity but it stalled my weight loss completely so I backed off again. My body is strange sometimes :P.
