    Pop a Halls Defense sf throat drop in my mouth.

    Quick find something to do to keep my mind busy for a few minutes.

    Jump in the shower.

    Take my dog outside for a walk.

    Call a friend to just visit for a while.

    What about the rest of you? What works for you?

    go online window shopppping and try not to buy !
  • Drink hot tea and get out of my kitchen

    Drink water.
    Watch tv.

    SF gum
    Coke Zero
    You can always have a snack. Doesn't have to be a scheduled snack time. I love veggies and hummus or some deli turkey.
  • Avoid the kitchen.
    Talk to my support system.
  • Chew SF gum or suck on a SF candy.
  • SF gum is a big one for me, too.
    And going for a walk or doing other exercise.
    Brushing and flossing my teeth if I'm at home.
