Diaper rash cream - use it if you need to

  • Ok, this is my PSA on an embarrassing subject. A couple months ago, I joined a fitness program (Crossfit) that is quite intense which leaves me in a pool of sweat. Since there are often activities like running, jumping rope, etc. I wear a pair of compression shorts under my pants/capris to help hold things in. This started to cause me issues including repeating rashes. It was embarrassing, I was frustrated despite showering as soon as I got home, liberal use of powder, etc.

So when I was at the drug store, I bought a tube of diaper rash cream and within a few days of just using it after I shower, I have noticed a huge difference. No irritation, no redness

So ladies, if you are struggling, go buy yourself some, trust me.
  • That's a good idea! I was getting skin irritations at times, and I wasn't sure why. I have always had sensitive skin and thought it had something to do with the way my skin folds in certian positions, and if I didn't shower quick enough after the gym I would still get itchy and red after.
  • I have also found that witch hazel really helps with various types of irritation too.

But yes I resort to diaper cream when I need to also
