Fat free Popcorn

    If you buy just the popcorn seeds, and cook them in a pot...is that allowed? Your not added anything, or you can add your olive oil...
    I am just new here, and looking for things to add to my plate

    I am a newbie so not as knowledgeable as most. it is my understanding popcorn is a NO NO not because of the fat but popcorn is a carb.

    No, sorry.

    Corn is not allowed. It is a sugary starch and will be a problem when it comes to carbs and insulin. ALSO, we can not fry anything and, technically, corn popped in oil is fried to get it there.
