Re-Introduction

  • I guess this is a re-introduction rather than an introduction because I joined this forum a little while ago. I was very determined to lose weight, but I just could not make up my mind on how to go about doing it. The result- kept switching my diet around and ended up gaining a few pounds from all the "pre- diet binges". Eek. Okay, well I am finally convinced that calorie counting is the way to go for me! So, I am going to succeed this time! I just know it. I went and bought some yummy low calorie foods today, and I am actually looking forward to eating them! I think the reason why this is going to work is that I know I can technically eat anything and just count the calories. That makes me want to get the most bang for my buck though and choose the healthier more satisfying low calorie option. I can't wait to see that scale going down! Woo hoo!
