    I'm back at it again, friends! I'm stealing awesome thread ideas from other forums! This one came from the 300's. (Thank you 300 club! Great idea!)

    Soooo....

    What's one positive thing you can say about you today?

    Hi Alyssa,
    you can steal my idea anytime, especially if it causes positiveness instead of negativism!!!!!
    Don't you just love looking at the glass half full instead of half empty, isn't wonderful to be thankful for what you have, instead of what you don't. It is a blessing just to be alive, to love, share, care, comfort and encourage others. So yes, you take this and pass all your positives on, you will be helping someone out there somewhere.
    My positive about me today is................because of my positive thread, I have met you!!!!! This let's me know I am doing something right in my life!!!

    Hmm something positive... ohohoh I went on the cross trainer for the first time since I bought it, one step closer to thin ^^ only lasted 5 minutes but it's better than none at all

    I worked out with my trainer and she showed me how to do incline intervals on the treadmill. I was going for 20 minutes and made it for 30.

    Great minds. We share one in the same and most important positive thing about us and that is...........................We both know, trust in and love the Lord!!!!!

    Another positive about me today is.............I am determined. Guess I will scoot back over to my 300 club forum and leave you young chick a dee's alone. See ya later!!!

    My positive thing--I didn't let lazy win! I sucked it up and walked down to the library. Record time, too--20 minutes there and back!

    I'm late to the party but want to join anyway. This morning, I did not, repeat did NOT, want to get on my exercise bike. I decided that I would go 20 minutes, but 20 eventually became 35--go me! Also, I'm drinking my water and we had some super yummy pineapple for breakfast. I'm on track and I feel great!

    I'm in a great mood today: down 79 lbs and another 47 to go...
    I'm thankful for:
    no more foot pain!!
    working out everyday makes me feel GOOD and I eat less because of it.
    My feet have shrunk and I no longer have to buy wide sizes!
    I can wear tall boots cause my calves aren't huge anymore!
    I can buy larges at *regular* stores now instead of ordering 2x from catalogs.
    I don't get winded walking up the stairs
    I have gone from barely exercising 10 minutes to 45-60 minutes 6 times a week.
    I have muscles now where I didn't know I had muscles
    My oldest daughter is giving me compliments on my clothes/hair etc. (she's 13)
