    i know it is only 7lbs, but i struggle to lose 1lb now. this month will be especially challenging because i have a vacation planned. my goal is to not gain during it, i don't care if i don't lose any..i just do NOT want to gain.

    135 by nye
    april is the ultimate goal- bikini ready body
