Ready to lose it.

  • Hi there everyone. I just wanted to do a small introduction. I am MzHopeful. I am going to be 25 in about two days. I finally have a job I love... and stability in life. But over the last three years, I was battling a little bout of depression. I feel much better, but the ending result in those 3 years was a whopping 40lb weight gain. I dont even know how I did this. Im not sure how I got this big. I am curently at 170, on the dot! I neeeeeed to lose some of it. I want to soo bad. I feel uncomfortable in my own skin.

    The weight gain, has caused me to despise my once loved hobby of clothes shopping, going out, and having fun. I feel like being fat is holding me back socially as well. I think with support it would be alot easier to lose it. I have heard tons of good things about this website and boards. I am hoping to make some friends, and lose some of my darn weight. Any tips and tricks I can pick up along the way would be nice.

    My initial goal is 10lbs.

    Starting weight 170-

    1st goal- 160

    2nd goal- 150

    3rd goal- 140

    4th goal- 130

    5th goal- 125
  • You can do it!

    It will take time but keep your eyes on the prize.

    What are your favorite clothing stores? I am a total shopaholic myself.
